RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to Little Tracks Outfitters. Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will ship your replacement item at no additional shipping cost.

If there is a difference in price between the original and replacement item, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Store Credit

If you choose store credit instead of a refund, it will be issued once your eligible return has been received and approved.

Store credit can be used toward a future Little Tracks Outfitters purchase and does not expire unless otherwise stated. Store credit cannot be converted to cash or refunded to the original payment method.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email or text once your order has shipped.
